The producer reserves the right to refuse any projects prior to commission.

The producer reserves personal usage rights for any completed work for the purpose of marketing his services through a portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Derivative works or further modification of any files sent is not permitted without explicit written permission of the producer. This may be subject to additional fees or denied.

The timeframe will be agreed upon by the client and producer prior to starting work on the commission.

Delays NOT caused by the client will be discussed with client as soon as the producer becomes aware of them.

The producer will be held harmless for delays caused by client. This will reflect on the delivery date being pushed back an equivalent period of time to said delay.

The final product will be delivered as a .wav file sent via GDrive unless otherwise requested by the client.

A deposit of 50% is due upon acceptance of terms & conditions prior to the producer beginning the commission. The remaining 50% will be due within 7 days following the delivery of the final product files.

Payment will be accepted through PayPal and made in USD. If the client wishes to pay by a different electronic method, further options can be discussed at the producer's discretion.

ALL INFORMATION TIED TO TRANSACTIONS WILL REMAIN STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.

Payment is non-refundable upon the deposit made by the client. Should the producer be unable to render a requested service, the client will be notified and a full refund will be issued for that specific service within 30 days.

If the producer is unable to complete the commission within the agreed upon timeframe, partial refunds will be provided at the following rates:
30% one week past deadline
50% two weeks past deadline

In the circumstances of an unforeseen personal emergency wherein the commission cannot be completed within the timeframe agreed upon by the client and producer, the producer will notify the client as soon as possible and partial refunds - differing from those listed above - will be discussed.

Refunding relinquishes rights to the piece and the producer reserves the right to use or resell the project after a refund or if the client is unable to fulfill payment.

Refunds exclude transaction media admin fees.

A limited number of revisions may be requested by the client. Those requiring excessive work (more than 2 major and/or 5 minor revisions) may be subject to additional fees. This includes replacing previously sent files.

The producer must be appropriately credited for all rendered services.

The producer reserves the right to REFUSE to be credited for the project at any time prior to the publication of the commission.
